Happy August Overland families!
We are settling back into the office, and will be working in the upcoming days to finalize class lists and get information out for Step Into Learning. As a reminder, you will be signing up for a Step Into Learning conference for either August 24 or August 25. The 1st day of school for elementary students is Wednesday, August 26.
To help us get ready for Step Into Learning, we are looking for a few parent volunteers to help with putting family folders together. We have set aside Wednesday, August 19 at 10:00 a.m. for this. Please email Miss Laura (laura.bellinger@rochesterschools.org) or call the Overland office at 507-328-3050 if you are able to help.
The Overland Owls PTA is excited to welcome back families with its annual Party on the Playground. This event will feature free food from SMOAK BBQ (while supplies last), and will be an opportunity for families to connect with one another. The Party on the Playground is on Thursday, August 20, from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
